my mind is in a block now. i'm getting a developer to look into
the issue. i'll let the developer tell me wat is wrong since i'm
not supposed to look at the codes (which i did anyway and saw the
big fat bug). it is a development bug but it should have been
spotted during testing by me, the project owner and the user. no
one saw it till it is in production. this damn project is like a
difficult pregancy 
sigh............ howww.. wat to do... haiz haiz haizzzz
